CFUW KELOWNA ACADEMIC AWARDS PROGRAMME

In order to carry out our purpose to encourage higher education for women, CFUW Kelowna is committed to a plan for scholarships and bursaries to be made available to students graduating from high school and to students entering Okanagan College (OC) and the University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO).

Our organization hopes to relieve the stresses of the high cost of fees, books and supplies, transportation and living expenses.  We feel reassured by the many comments from our appreciative award winners.

We present scholarships and bursaries (approximately $12,000 annually*), with sizable endowment funds established at Okanagan College and the Central Okanagan Bursary and Scholarship Society (COBSS).
